When obtaining a bear-resistant container, be sure that it has been certified as being bear-resistant by the Interagency Grizzly Bear Committee (IGBC) bear-resistant container testing protocols.

City residents and businesses with damaged city-provided bear-resistant trash containers should contact the city at 970-375-5004 to schedule repairs or replacement. County residents should contact their waste hauler.
