Join Bear Smart Durango for cake, ice cream and a Southern Ute Bear Dance demonstration by Bear Dance Chief Mr. Matthew Box and the Southern Ute Heritage dancers celebrating the coming of spring and honoring the bear through a social dance. This event takes place Wednesday, May 17th from 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM at the grounds of the Durango Public Library.
