HOW YOU CAN HELP

Become a volunteer, member or make a contribution to help fund efforts:

Contributions and memberships allow us to continue our efforts to educate residents and implement initiatives to reduce conflicts for Durango and the surrounding area.

Volunteer participation is a major component of this organization as reducing conflicts with bears involves the entire community of Durango.

Volunteer opportunities include distribution of informational bear materials in high conflict areas, neighborhood trash patrols, assisting in initiative efforts and helping your neighborhood become more Bear Smart.

Download the Sign Up Form (below) to contribute, volunteer, receive email notices of upcoming volunteer opportunities, efforts and happenings, or request to be included on our mailing list.
